[Cause]
A transmission error (CRC error) occurred in the data return path of the bus interface on the input side of the displayed InterBus device.
[Countermeasure]
Check the InterBus network. Refer to section 11.2 of the InterBus Function Operator's Manual (for Phoenix Contact PCI boards).
