[Cause]
PowerWaveErrorCode No.37 occurred. During the welding start sequence, the capacitor bank (group) did not reach the specified minimum voltage. This alarm occurs with a faulty contactor or low input voltage. Other errors usually accompany this error and must also be checked.
[Countermeasure]
Check the input power (voltage and frequency). Check that the primary-side reconnection is set correctly for the input voltage. If the problem persists, before performing any other operations (power-off or jogging) after this alarm occurs, use the abnormal-state recording function ("Abnormal State Record" in the auxiliary menu) to obtain an image backup and contact the service center. If that function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
