Cause:
The variable files in the controller are too large; error 4900 is reported when all .srd files in the user programs exceed 9M.
Troubleshooting:
Enter the controller ftp, select all variable files in UserPrograms, and check their sizes. If all variable files occupy more than 9M of memory, an error is reported.
Solution:
Delete unnecessary projects and programs from the teach pendant.
