Cause:
The variable name node in Multilayer.xml under the controller ArcInfo directory is damaged or missing.
Troubleshooting:
Go to ftp://192.168.39.220/ ArcInfo / and check whether the variable-name node of Multilayer.xml is normal.
Solution:
Contact after-sales support and copy the corresponding Multilayer file to the controller.
