Description
The DC voltage supplied from the converter to the SERVO PACK exceeded Stipulated voltage (420V). This alarm occurs if the regenerative energy during the motor deceleration cannot be processed in the regenerative circuit of SERVO PACK.
Subcode description
Subcode: physical number of the converter on which the alarm occurred.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, check that the following cables and connectors are connected and fully inserted. • SDCA01 board-CN507, CPS01 unit-CN154 • SDCA01 board-CN531, CN532, CN533 • Converter-CN557, CN561 • SDB (external axis servo unit)-CN591, 592 |
| Software (incorrect setting) | Check the tool and workpiece weight settings. |
| Primary power supply (abnormal) | Set the circuit breaker's primary voltage to the specified voltage 200V (+10% to 15%). |
| Regenerative resistor (abnormal) | 1. Disconnect CN552 on the converter and check for a broken wire. 2. If a wire is broken, replace the regenerative resistor. |
| Rectifier (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the converter. |
| SDCA01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the SDCA01 board. As a precaution, save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
