[Cause]
The target (adapter) connection is idle. The scanner is not connected. All ports corresponding to this device are offline.
[Countermeasure]
Check the remote scanner configuration. Check the size and other configuration parameters (vendor ID, product code, product type, revision, connection path, etc.) and verify that their values are correct. Check that the scanner is online.
