An error occurred in the file transfer sequence at execution of motion command.
Subcode description
An error occurred because data transfer No. 1 during motion-instruction execution did not receive the final data.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| AIF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the AIF01 board. Save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. Load CMOS.BIN after replacing the AIF01 board. |
| SDCA01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the SDCA01 board. As a precaution, save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. |
| ACP01 board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ACP01 board. As a precaution, save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. After replacing the ACP01 board, remove the SD card from the original ACP01 board and insert it into the new ACP01 board. |
| Software (malfunction) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, save CMOS.BIN and report the circumstances (operating procedure, etc.) to our service department. |
