After the error is reported, check the error source on the information screen, open the program indicated by the source, and check whether it is empty, meaning that it contains no statements or only comment statements.

Add statements to the program, then reload the main program.

The program1 program contains no statements.
Loading program0 at this point reports error 3816. If statements are added to program1 and program0 is reloaded, error 3816 will not occur.
