[Cause] The adjustment mode setting is incorrect. (i: group number; j: master axis number) [Countermeasure] Sets the appropriate value in $DUAL_DRIVE[i].$ADJUST_SEL[n]. (n: Two-drive pair number) 0: Synchronous mode. The master and follower axes move synchronously. 1: Master axis adjustment mode. Only the master axis can be jogged. The follower axis does not move. 2: Slave axis adjustment mode. Only the slave axis can be jogged. The master axis does not move. When this alarm appears, group i is in a state where position matching is not completed.
