An attempt was made to use the
conveyor tracking function with
the slave manipulator at
coordinate motion.
Causes and remedies

| Software (incorrect setting) | Conveyor synchronization cannot be performed for the slave robot in a coordinated system. Modify the job to perform conveyor synchronization with a single robot or without coordinated motion. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
