[Cause]
Although the emergency stop button on the operation panel has been pressed, the emergency stop circuit has not been cut off.
[Countermeasure]
1. After releasing the emergency stop button on the operation panel, turn on the power again.
2. If the emergency stop button on the operation panel is pressed again and the alarm is issued, it may be caused by a failure of related components. Take appropriate countermeasures according to the "Troubleshooting based on alarm code" in the control device maintenance manual corresponding to the control device used.
