An error is included in the data that is being sent to another control device.
[Countermeasure]
Open the element setup screen and check for incorrect settings and whether the data is displayed correctly. If this alarm still occurs after all elements have been set, before performing other operations (power-off and jogging operations) after the alarm occurs, execute the abnormal-condition recording function (“Abnormal Condition Record” in the auxiliary menu), obtain an image backup, and contact the FANUC service center. If the abnormal-condition recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps leading up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
