I/O axis motion could not be performed.
Subcode description
An attempt was made to execute a job for a control group in I/O-axis motion, or to execute I/O-axis motion for a control group executing a job. Subcode: the control group for which I/O-axis motion was to be executed.
Causes and remedies

| Software (incorrect setting) | Check the following settings. • Was I/O axis motion executed for a control group that was executing a job? • Was a job executed for a control group performing I/O axis motion? A job cannot be executed for a control group performing I/O axis motion. Also, I/O axis motion cannot be executed for a control group that is executing a job. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
