[Cause]
When the electrode tip wear reference value calibration program (TW_SETUP or WR_SETUP) is executed, this alarm displays the opening-side and pressure-side reference stroke limits used for electrode tip wear compensation.
[Countermeasure]
The electrode tip wear reference value calibration program uses the stroke limits at execution as the reference stroke limits. If the reference value calibration program is executed with worn electrode tips and compensated stroke limits, the reference stroke limits will no longer be appropriate. If the pressure-side reference stroke limit is small, correct pressure application motion cannot be performed. Before executing the reference value calibration program, master the gun using new electrode tips.
