Description
The DC link voltage in the rectifier unit at drive unit position arg is too low.
Consequences
No operation is possible until the fault is corrected. The system will go to "Motor Off" state.
Possible causes
- The AC voltage level at the rectifier input is too low.
- This may be caused by a faulty rectifier surge control resistor.
- A short circuit has occurred on the DC link.
Recommended actions
- Restart the system and try again.
- Check the input supply voltage.
- Check all three-phase components (main switch, mains filter, fuses, contactors) and wiring inside the drive module.
- If this is a newly installed system equipped with a power transformer - Check the voltage selection of the transformer.
- If the drive unit has additional axes - check the DC link wiring.
- If the problem persists, replace the unit.
