The 1st-axis (elevation axis)
positions of C3, C4, and C5 of
station axes are not the same.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| Software (incorrect setting) | Change the teaching so that station axis No. 1 (elevating axis) of C3, C4, and C5 is at the same position. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
