Category: Warning
Cause
- Home switch fault
- The permitted time to find home is too short
- Speed for high-speed home switch signal search is too low
- Unreasonable switch settings
Corrective action
- ◆Homing remains in high-speed search with no low-speed search stage. ◆After high-speed search, homing remains in reverse low-speed search. ◆If a hardware DI is used, confirm that the corresponding DI function is assigned in group 2003h, then check DI terminal wiring. When manually changing the DI terminal logic, monitor through 200B-04h whether the drive receives the corresponding DI level change. ◆If the home signal is the Z signal and the home signal cannot be found, check the Z signal.
- Check whether the time set in 2005-24h is too short. Increase 2005-24h.
- Check the distance from the homing start position to the home switch, and determine whether the speed set in 6099-01h is too low, causing an excessively long home switch search. Increase 6099-01h.
- ◆Confirm whether both limit signals are active simultaneously. ◆Confirm whether a limit signal and the home signal are active simultaneously. Set hardware switch positions appropriately.
