| Software (incorrect setting) | 1. Reset the alarm, determine the external-force direction (sensor coordinates) from the subcode, and move to a position where no force is applied. 2. If the alarm recurs, save CMOS.BIN and report the circumstances (operating procedure, etc.) to our service department. |
