Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| Software (incorrect setting) | Replace the board in the PCI slot used for DeviceNet Safety with the SST-DN4-PCU board, and configure DeviceNet Safety through Maintenance Mode - System - Setup - Option Board. |
| DeviceNet board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the SST-DN4-PCU (DeviceNet) board. Save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. After replacing the SST-DN4-PCU board, load CMOS.BIN saved before the alarm occurred. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
