[Cause]
The external fan of the common power supply (iPS) failed. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group. The alarm is displayed on the 1th axis and the 2th axis of the 6 axis amplifier, or on the 1th axis, the 2th axis and the 3th axis.
[Remedy]
Replace the external fan.
