Cause

1. Incorrect U,V,W phase sequence in motor wiring
2. The command input value exceeds the overspeed value
3. Motor speed exceeds the maximum speed
4. Servo unit fault

Corrective action

1. Check the servo motor wiring for problems.
2. Check the input command; reduce the command value or adjust the gain.
3. Check the motor speed waveform; reduce speed command input gain, adjust servo gain, or adjust operating conditions.
4. The servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
