[Cause]
1. The fuses (FS2, FS3) on the 6-axis servo amplifier have blown. The number in parentheses indicates which 6-axis servo amplifier detected a blown fuse.
2. This alarm may occur if the wrong type of axis amplifier is driven by an additional axis amplifier (iSV).
[Countermeasure]
1. When the fuse blows, replace the fuse after eliminating the cause of the blow.
2. For an axis driven by an additional axis amplifier (iSV), check the amplifier number and amplifier type. If the amplifier type is set to 1 (6-axis amplifier), set it to 2 (additional axis amplifier). Alternatively, if the amplifier number is set to the same number as another axis using the 6-axis amplifier, change the amplifier number and set the amplifier type to 2 (additional axis amplifier).
3. Replace the 6-axis servo amplifier. For details, take the appropriate countermeasures according to ‘Troubleshooting Based on Alarm Codes’ in the controller maintenance manual for the controller being used.
