[Cause]
The position deviation of the servo device during movement exceeds the specified value ($PARAM_GROUP[group number].$MOVER_OFFST[axis number]). Indicates a significant deviation from the target trajectory. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group. It may be due to the same reason as SRVO-023, or the following excessive action reasons.
Excessive movement caused by using acceleration magnification
Use CNT (smooth) for excessive movements such as reverse movements
In linear motion near the singular point, the axis rotates at high speed
In addition, the position deviation amount can be confirmed through the error amount on the pulse interface [4 Status / Axis / Pulse].
[Countermeasure]
See the response of SRVO-023 (excessive error at cessation). However, in cases of excessive error while moving, the setting of the brake option is irrelevant. When due to excessive movement, remove the above and mitigate the action.
