[Cause]
The temperature of the dedicated radiator for the main circuit of the common power supply (iPS) of the servo amplifier (6 axis amplifier, iSV) of the group and axis displayed in the drive alarm message increased abnormally. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group. The alarm is displayed on the 1th axis and the 2th axis of the 6 axis amplifier, or on the 1th axis, the 2th axis and the 3th axis.
[Remedy]
1. Check whether the cooling fan of the common power supply (iPS) has stopped.
2. Reduce the action load, such as lowering the magnification, etc.
3. Replace the common power supply (iPS).
