[Cause]
The panel may not have been set.
[Countermeasures]
Take the following countermeasures:
1. Check that the panel is set correctly.
2. Execute spot program position correction again. If motion stops before contacting the workpiece (panel), refer to Troubleshooting 2 under Spot Program Touchup Function in Servo Gun Function OPERATOR’S MANUAL. If the problem continues after these countermeasures, take the following countermeasures.
1. Acquire diagnostic data for this condition. The diagnostic data acquisition procedure is described under Troubleshooting in Spot Program Touchup Function in Servo Gun Function OPERATOR’S MANUAL.
2. After this alarm occurs, before performing other operations (power-off or jogging), use the abnormal-state recording function (Abnormal state record in the auxiliary menu) to obtain an image backup and contact the service center. If abnormal-state recording cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps leading up to the alarm, obtain an image backup and contact the service center.
