[Cause]

The driver power supply voltage inside the amplifier is too low. The numbers in parentheses indicate the motion group number and the axis number within the motion group.

[Countermeasure]

Replace the servo amplifier (6-axis servo amplifier, iSV).

       Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
