Either of voltage to the SERVOPACK of the three phase input power supply has decreased.

| Cause | Remedy |

| Primary power supply (abnormal) | Set the circuit breaker's primary voltage to the specified voltage 200V (+10% to 15%). |
| APU01 unit (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the contactor. |
| Rectifier (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the servo unit. |
| SDCA01 board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the SDCA01 board. As a precaution, save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. |
| Servo unit (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the servo unit. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
