[MCXX] Safety circuit inputs do not match. (Servo board XX) (Code: XX) (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: The power supply unit control board (1VH) detects this error when a mismatch persists for 10 seconds or longer in any of the controller's safety circuits.

Main causes:

1. The 2 safety circuit systems do not match.

2. The power supply unit control board is faulty.

Countermeasures:

1. If another safety circuit mismatch error (such as D1518, emergency stop state mismatch in the safety circuits) occurs first, troubleshoot according to that error.

2. Replace the power supply unit control board.

Reference: Select <Display 1> → → <Safety Circuit Monitor 2> on the teach pendant screen to check the safety circuit status. For details of safety circuit input monitoring, refer to the Operation Manual.

[NOTE]

1. This error does not occur if the safety circuit is configured as a single circuit.
2. This error can be reset only when the single and double circuits are both open (OFF) at the same time. If either circuit is closed, the error cannot be reset.
