Cause

1. Excessive motor vibration while using the tuning-less function
2. Excessive motor vibration during one-parameter tuning or EasyFFT

Corrective action

1. Check the motor speed waveform; reduce the load to no greater than the permissible inertia ratio, increase the load value in tuning-less setting (Fn200), or reduce rigidity.
2. Check the motor speed waveform; implement the corrective actions in the operating procedures for each function.
