[Cause]
The movable electrode tip contact position is nearer than the expected position. There may be foreign matter on the workpiece, or one of the following may be inappropriate:
1. Plate thickness
2. Gun mastering position
3. Gear ratio
[Countermeasure]
1. Set an appropriate thickness.
2. Perform wear measurement to obtain an appropriate mastering position.
3. Set the gear ratio correctly and perform gun tuning.
