[Cause]
This alarm provides information relating to insufficient applied force.
[Countermeasure]
If thickness or the pressure application limit (pressure-side stroke limit) is incorrect, the gun axis cannot generate applied force. Check the thickness setting on the pressure conditions screen and the actual thickness. The reference limit is the reference stroke limit when the electrode tips are not worn. When electrode tip wear becomes excessive, the pressure-side stroke limit becomes extremely small relative to the reference stroke limit. Replace the electrode tips with new ones and perform wear measurement. If the reference stroke limit itself is small, reset the gun stroke limit on the servo gun settings screen.
