The sensor temperature dropped to or below the allowable value.
[Countermeasure]
1. Check whether the ambient temperature is too low or there are low-temperature objects around the sensor head. Check the sensor temperature on the force sensor current value screen and ensure that it is 0 degrees or higher. If the alarm still does not disappear, go to 2.
2 Verify that the connector portion of the sensor cable is securely fastened. Or replace the sensor cable. If an alarm still occurs even after doing this, please Take step 3.
3 Please replace the main board of the R-30iB control unit. If an alarm still occurs even after doing this, take the countermeasures in step 4.
4 Replace the sensor head.
