Cause

1. Current detection circuit fault
2. Open servo motor main circuit cable

Corrective action

1. Turn on power again. If the alarm persists, the servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
2. Check whether the servo motor main circuit cable is broken; repair the motor cable.
