[Cause]
Internal error of the gluing tool. It may be due to the following reasons:
1. Glue coating speed is too high.
2. The gluing interval (between SS teaching point and SE teaching point) is too short.
3. The timing parameter value set in the schedule is too large or invalid.
An exception occurred in 4. CPU.
[Countermeasure]
If the alarm recurs after power is turned on again, use the error state recording function (Error State Recording in the auxiliary menu) and obtain an image backup before performing any other operations, such as turning off power or jogging, after this alarm occurs. Then contact the FANUC service center. If the error state recording function is unavailable, record the conditions and operating steps leading up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
