[Cause]

An excessive speed was detected in the linear tracking encoder. The number in parentheses indicates the tracking encoder number.

[Countermeasure]

1. Check whether the encoder rotation speed exceeds the limit value.
2. See countermeasures for SRVO-090.

       Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
