Description
The serial communications between ACP01 board and SDCA01 board in the YRC1000 is monitored by each board. This alarm occurs if ACP01 detects an error in the serial communication between ACP01 board and 1st SDCA01 board.
Subcode description
An error was detected during the serial-communication monitor data check. The receive-counter value from the SDCA01 board is incorrect.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Software (incorrect setting) | Check the following settings. • Control group setup in maintenance mode • Rotary switch setting on the SDCA01 board for the corresponding station number (SV#1) (0) |
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, check that the following cables and connectors are connected and fully inserted. • Cable for connector CN509 on the SDCA01 board • Cable for connector CN515/516 on the SDCA01 board • Cable for connector CN111 on the AIF01 board • Cable for CN155 on the CPS control power supply unit |
| SDCA01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the SDCA01 board. Save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. |
| AIF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the AIF01 board. Save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. After replacing the AIF01 board, load CMOS.BIN saved before the alarm occurred. |
| ACP01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ACP01 board. Save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. After replacing the ACP01 board, remove the SD card from the original ACP01 board and insert it into the new ACP01 board. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
