[Cause]

With sgsyscfg.$pst_ertyp message set to TRUE, an applied-force-not-reached condition occurred.

[Countermeasure]

Prepare a panel of appropriate thickness, update the plate thickness, or do both. If the plate thickness is correct but the electrode tips are worn, replace the electrode tips. To disable the alarm, set $sgsyscfg.$pst_ertype to 0.

       Note: If this alarm is disabled, SVGN-20 occurs. SVGN-486 and SVGN-487 are alarms output in place of SVGN-20.
