[Cause]
An attempt was made to exceed the maximum motor speed ($PARAM_GROUP[group number].$MOT_SPD_LIM[axis number]). Robot motion is limited to the maximum motor speed. The numbers in parentheses indicate the motion group number and the axis number within the group.
[Countermeasure]
The internal clamp operates at the maximum speed of the motor, so it can be used directly. It is recommended to reduce the teaching speed to avoid SRVO-026.
