This occurs when X_DYNDAT is executed. Illegal data types are specified in CSV files.

[Countermeasure]

There is a problem in the displayed line of the specified file. The string in which the problem was detected is also displayed. Specify the correct data. Even among data supported by X_DTCOPY, much is not supported by X_DYNDAT. Specify a data type supported by X_DYNDAT.
