[Cause]
The count value of each specified sample in the linear tracking encoder overflows. The number in parentheses indicates the tracking encoder number.
[Countermeasure]
1. Check whether the encoder rotation speed exceeds the limit value. Reduce conveyor speed as needed.
2. Replace the linear tracking pulse encoder.
3. Replace the linear tracking pulse encoder cable.
4. Replace the linear tracking interface circuit board.
