[Cause]
An error occurred while sending the welding command to the welding power source.
[Countermeasure]
Take the following countermeasures:
1. Check the alarm history screen for other alarms that occurred at the same time. If there are any, first take the countermeasures for those alarms and check whether ARC-092 is resolved.
2. Carry out welding after establishing communication with the welding power source. When communication with the welding power source cannot be established, refer to the countermeasures for ARC-045 to take appropriate measures.
3. Check the LED on the welding power source to determine whether it has an alarm. If it does, check the alarm number and the value in the parentheses of ARC-092.
4. In addition to countermeasure 3 above, before performing other operations (power-off and jogging operations) after this alarm occurs, use the abnormal-condition recording function ("Abnormal Condition Record" in the auxiliary menu) to obtain an image backup and contact the service center. If the abnormal-condition recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps leading up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
