Description
The safety I/O queue handling the safety I/O signal is overloaded.
Consequences
The system will enter the "System Suspend" state.
Possible causes
This is due to the signal of the safety I/O signal changing too frequently. This can sometimes be caused by an unstable ground connection in the I/O signal from the external device.
Recommended actions
- Repeated safety input I/O signal will cause the system to stop. Check the error log to see if other failures may be causing this.
- Check the grounds of all signals on external devices that affect the safety I/O signal.
- Check the frequency of the input signal from any external device connected to the system. Make sure the frequency is correct and make changes if necessary.
