[Cause]
There is a syntax problem in the DSF file. The value after "timer:" (timer) is the timer number. "line:" (line) indicates the problematic line.
[Countermeasure]
Obtain the DSF again on the initial setup screen. If the alarm still occurs, before performing other operations (power-off or jogging) after the alarm occurs, use the abnormal-state recording function (‘Abnormal State Record’ in the auxiliary menu) to obtain an image backup and contact the service center. If the abnormal-state recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
