[Servo board XX] (Power regeneration control board (No. XX)) External supply voltage too low. (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: Based on the instantaneous voltages between each pair of the three phases detected by the power regeneration control board and converted back to their original values, an error occurs if any effective value calculated by the servo board drops to approximately 168V continuously for 5s.

Main causes:

1. The AC external power supply voltage is low.

2. A problem with the wiring between the circuit breaker and power regeneration unit.

3. A problem with the power supply unit power board.

4. A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasures:

1. Check that the external AC supply voltage is within the controller's rated range.

2. Check the external power supply harness for abnormalities.

3. Replace the power regeneration unit.

4. Replace the servo amplifier unit.
