An out-of-range value was specified in an SPTCH_OFS or SPTCH_RSD instruction through indirect (register) specification.
[Countermeasure]
Check the contents of the registers used in the SPTCH_OFS or SPTCH_RSD instruction. The specifiable ranges are:
1. -2.0mm <= SPTCH_OFS <= 2.0mm
2. 0.0mm <= SPTCH_RSD <= 20.0mm
