Category: Alarm
Cause
Condition: Encoder magnetic field positions U, V, W are incorrect. Cause: Encoder initial magnetic field error (incorrect magnetic field positions U, V, W).
Corrective action
- Ensure that the motor grounding terminal is securely grounded. Connect the power cable grounding terminal (yellow-green) to the drive heat sink (Heat Sink).
- Check whether the encoder signal cable is normal. Separate the encoder signal cable from power cables and high-current wiring to prevent interference.
- Check whether the position detector cable is shielded.
- If a linear motor is used, check the wiring for noise interference. For interface box noise filtering, refer to P1.074; for CN5 position feedback signal connector noise filtering, refer to PM.003.
- Check the linear motor Hall sensor wiring, and enter 0x1B42F in the oscilloscope address (Address) to observe the Hall sensor phase sequence. If none of the above measures improves the situation, return the motor to the dealer or manufacturer for repair. Power on again to clear.
