[Cause]
Implementation of visual correction data acquisition instructions in excess of the number detected. Alternatively, in the visual program of multiple views, the combination error exceeds the threshold and therefore the compensation data is not calculated.
[Countermeasure]
If a vision offset data acquisition instruction is executed beyond the number of objects detected, the TP program jumps directly to the specified label without stopping, so no special measures are normally necessary. For a vision program with multiple views, check the combination error and whether it exceeds the threshold. This alarm is not displayed on the teach pendant, but is recorded in the vision execution history.
