The robot EtherNet/IP scanner could not open a TCP or UDP network socket.
[Countermeasure]
This alarm indicates that EtherNet/IP or TCP/IP has not started normally. For example, EtherNet/IP cannot initialize if no IP address has been set. Check network connectivity by performing operations such as PING from the robot, a computer, or another device.
