Description
For the CSL15D manipulator, SU-axes cannot be operated in the position of the present L- and R-axes.

For the CSL15D manipulator, S-
and U-axes were going to move
regardless of the limit speed "0"
when the positions of L- and R-
axes exceeded the upper limit.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| Software (incorrect setting) | Change the taught positions of the L and R axes to positions at which the S and U axes can move. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
