Unable to change the physical state of signal arg I/O to VALID .
The reason is that the I/O signal has been mapped to a bit that is outside the data area of the I/O device to which it is assigned.

The output data area size of the I/O device is arg bits
The input data area size of the I/O device is arg bits.
Consequences
The physical state of this I/O signal is still NOT VALID.
Recommended actions
- Check that the device mapping of the I/O signal is correct.
- Check that the I/O signal is assigned to the correct I/O device.
- Check the I/O configuration connection input/output size on the I/O device.
